Did you know the donkey Mary rode to Bethlehem was Cypriot ?
This hardy animal then, was considered the best, as a breed, as a beast, and as a companion. Today it has to its credit its freedom, as they roam wild, and they are the only Donkeys in the entire world to do so.

When will it be learned, how fragile is the living Patrimony we have in Cyprus, as Stewards, and as Cypriots to care for lovingly, because this Wealth belongs to all Mankind, this Nature, the trees, (and the relics), are loved, and they have lived so long. It holds that they are our greatest treasures.
As Humans our plunder demonstrates Ignorance.
